My package hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

First, you should check the status of your order online.

Packages shipped via the US Postal Service sometimes take longer than expected. Priority mail is usually reliable, getting the packages there in 2-3 days, but may take longer on occasion.  First class mail packages may take a a few dqays or week or more to arrive.  

When calculating delivery times, please note that our packages ship from our New Jersey location.  If after 10 days, your package has still not arrived, send an e-mail to so that we are aware of the status. We will advise you as to the next steps at that time.

For packages shipped using UPS, each package is assigned a unique tracking number by UPS. You can track your package from our website or from the UPS site or app. Tracking can be done by order number and destination zip code from your original order or by the UPS package tracking number we sent you in the shipment confirmation e-mail.   You can also check the UPS estimated time-in-transit on the UPS website by entering 07016 as the origin zip code and your zip code as the destination. If your package is overdue, please send us an e-mail, and we will have UPS trace the package.

For International orders, a tracking number is assigned when your items leaves our facility, then a second one is assigned when it arrives in the Customs queue.  Either one can be used to track the order.  Delays are often caused by slow customs clearance. 

My items were not wrapped, but have tags.  Are they really new? sources goods from a lot of different suppliers.  Some send us goods individually wrapped and some do not.  We also receive many items on hangers, which are removed before shipping.  To reduce our footprint, we have opted to NOT bag every item that comes to us unwrapped- we simply don't think the world needs more single-use plastic.  We can assure you that all of our goods are first quality goods, bought directly from the manufacturers and are all in new, unworn condition.  

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as payment methods, as well as PayPal and Pay with Amazon. We do not accept payment by pre-paid debit card or pre-paid rebate card.  We employ the latest encryption technology from Verisign Inc, the leading encryption provider in e-commerce.  All prices on our site are in U.S. Dollars.

How do I return or exchange items from my order?

We stand behind our product and service. We will gladly return or exchange any order in accordance with our return policy.  Please note that our Assorted Trio (3/$25) is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

How often do you post new styles?

New styles are added weekly and can be easily viewed on our New Arrivals tab on the top of every page.  We also send out new merchandise announcements periodically via our mailing list and through our social media links. 

How much will my items shrink?

100% cotton items will experience shrinkage from 5% to 12% depending upon the washing and drying methods. Manufacturers typically recommend washing in warm water and drying on medium or low temperatures.

85% cotton / 15% polyester blended boxers will experience 2% to 8% shrinkage depending upon the washing and drying methods. Manufacturers typically recommend washing in warm water and drying on medium or low temperatures.

100% silk boxers will experience minimal shrinkage. Manufacturers typically recommend hand washing in cold water and line drying for silk boxers.

Laundering instructions are located on the back side of the tags located on the waistband of the item.

Does your website use cookies?

Yes.  Our shopping cart uses cookies to remember the merchandise you have in your shopping cart, as well as customer login information, should you choose to have it stored with us for future visits.  We also track the link that you followed to our site, typically from a search engine or an affiliate. This allows us to better determine the effectiveness of our search engine listings and promotions.  We do not store your information for internal use- only for your browsing sessions.

I submitted a product review, but it is not posted.  Why?

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review of our products!  Once reviews are submitted, we read each and every one before approving them and having them appear on the site.  On occasion, we choose not to post a review- if the language is inappropriate or the comments are not related to the actual product.  We are not afraid of bad reviews- as long as it is helpful to other customers and respectful in tone.  Just give it a day or two and you may see your comment on the product page!
